Tender Description In English :
Building Information Modeling BIM is an intelligent 3D model for buildings and infrastructure providing a highly collaborative process to plan, design, construct, and even renovate and deconstruct a structure or building within centralized digital models . This project consists of two parts: Part one is assessing the current status of Building Information Model BIM implementation in the Kingdom of Bahrain and build the roadmap for BIM adoption across the real estate and infrastructure sector in general and buildings in specific. Part two is the development of the digital solution within Benayat portal that leverages BIM technologies in building permit application and specifically in automating the building permit approvals, in addition to developing the technical guidelines, templates and capacity building essential for a successful implementation of the project.

نمذجة معلومات البناء BIM هي نمذجة ذكية ثلاثية الأبعاد للمباني والبنية التحتية توفر بيئة تعاونية وتسهل عمليات التخطيط والتصميم والبناء وإعادة تصميم المباني والبنى التحتية ضمن نماذج رقمية مركزية. يشمل هذا المشروع جزئين: الجزء الأول هو تقييم الوضع الحالي لتطبيق نمذجة معلومات البناء BIM في مملكة البحرين واعداد خطة متكاملة لتطبيق تقنية نمذجة المعلومات لقطاع العقار والبنية التحتية. الجزء الثاني يشمل تطوير وبرمجة علميات اصدار رخص البناء باستخدام تقنية BIM بالإضافة إلى أتمتة وتطوير دليل اشتراطات البناء الحالية بصيغ داعمة لتقنية BIM، واعداد الارشادات الفنية وبناء القدرات في استخدام ودعم النظام بتقنيات BIM.
